Reservation and payment terms
- We will review your booking details before accepting payment and confirming the reservation.
- To make a reservation you must pay an initial deposit of 25% of the rental fee.
- Final payment is due 60 days prior to check-in.
- A refundable security deposit must be paid on the day of check-in: This deposit is normally €2.000 but it may increase depending on the terms of your booking.
The house rules
- We do not rent individual bedrooms, only the whole house – enjoy with your friends and family!
- Events are not permitted without written permission. If you plan to host an event at the property then please get in touch with us before making the reservation.
- It is forbidden to use any sound system at the property, aside from the equipment provided, without written permission.
- The house is for a maximum of 12 guests.
- Photo-shoots and productions are only permitted with prior permission.
Cancelation
- Payments are non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered at the manager’s sole discretion, subject to being able to rent the dates in question to another party at a comparable rate.
- Grace period, if you change your mind within 48 hours of initial payment you may cancel the reservation without paying any penalty.

Rental agreement (contract)
- You will be required to sign a rental agreement upon confirming your booking. The terms set out in the rental agreement are the final terms of the agreement. The details listen on this webpage are just a summary.
- When you check in we will ask to make photo-copies of your passports or identity cards. This is required by Spanish law.
